Complaints to the Forest Practice Board

One of the mechanisms FHA uses in its Forest Guardian Program is complaints filed through the Forest Practice Board. The Forest Practices Board was formed in 1995 to act as an independent watchdog to ensure the intent of the Forest Practice Code is achieved. Though the Forest Practice Board can make recommendations and rulings on specific government or industry actions in regard to the code, they are unable to take enforcement actions.
